Presenting: Hatha Yoga

Come and join me and some like minded people for a fun free hour class. All agers and all levels of flexibility. Bring your own mat or I will have a few spare, wear comfy clothing and an open heart. Calm your mind and strengthen your body.My yoga practice is based on Hatha Yoga and in each class I incorporate asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and meditation/relaxation. Yoga offers many benefits: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Stretching the body in all directions not only releases tension but stimulates all its energy centres and vital systems. Yoga may help with improving flexibility, better sleep, stress management, mental clarity and overall body strength.My classes are for all levels of fitness and are fun and casual with a lovely group of local people held every Monday, Thursday and Saturday from 9am – 10.15 in the beautiful Tyalgum Hall.
