The O’Heart Festival is a three day, conscious living, indie folk music event, held throughout Tyalgum Village from Friday 17th to Sunday 19th August, 2018.
The official opening of the festival will be at 9am with a Procession of the Bells walk starting at the old Norco butter factory and going all the way up to the Tyalgum Community Hall for our formal Opening Ceremony. Be sure to bring your percussion instruments and bells!
Saturday’s programme of events will include workshops and presentations in the fields of sustainability, wellness, wholistic lifestyle, environmental awareness and education. There will be yoga, movement and sound workshops, and a fun programme of events for children. We will also have film screenings available throughout the day, and lots of wonderful market stalls throughout the village to enjoy local, handmade, sustainable and health-conscious goodies!
The Festival will end on Sunday with a special Sounds til Sundown Garden Concert, which will include Tyalgum’s very own Indie Folk band “The Heart Collectors”. This will be held at The Garden of Light in the afternoon, with courtesy buses running from Flutterbies to the Garden Venue from 12 noon.
