2040 Outdoor Cinema Screening
O’Heart Festival will be kicking off with a Friday evening screening, followed by Friday Night Live at Flutterbucks. Award-winning director Damon Gameau (That Sugar Film) embarks on a journey to explore what the future could look like by the year 2040 if we simply embraced the best solutions already available to us to improve our planet and shifted them rapidly into the mainstream. Structured as a visual letter to his 4-year-old daughter, Damon blends traditional documentary with dramatised sequences and high-end visual effects to create a vision board of how these solutions could regenerate the world for future generations.

Friday Night Live – Fri 16th

Friday Night live kicks of O’Heart 2019 following the 2040 Outdoor Cinema screening in the Sustainability Village. With the sensational sounds of Angela Toohey and her band opening the evening, and catch local sensation The Heart Collectors with their first Australian performance since returning from the USA. Flutterbucks will have their famous pizzas available for purchase. Book now, this popular night always sells out.

Twilight Sessions – Sat 17th

Twilight Sessions is housed at the new Sustainability Village Stage, in the field across the road from Flutterbies. With the local sounds of Raku One O’Gaia and Luke Bennett to start the night and headliners Yoyo Tuki bringing the music from Rapa Nui fresh off their Tour of Europe. This night is always a hit, with plenty of dancing, food and drink available.

Sounds til Sundown – Sun 18th

Sounds til Sundown the closing event of O’Heart Festival on the Sustainability Village Stage. This is moment to breath and take in all thats gone on over the festival. Be serenaded by the folk song-man Famous Will, and go out with a bang with fan favourites Silk ‘N’ Oak.
